1 Step Forward, 15 Steps Backward

I kept vegetarian for about a month. Generally I choose meatless meals, but I’m no where near vegetarian now. I have taken up juicing. I really enjoy it. I also fasted for a week recently, but it’s not what you think. I “fasted” between breakfast and dinner. I felt better. My clothes fit better and I saved money. What I would like to do is have juice for my breakfast and lunch, then finish my day with a clean dinner. Preferably a vegetarian or vegan dinner.  We’ll see.
